Prior to joining Hexagon, Rollén held the positions of President of Sandvik Materials Technology, Executive Vice President of Avesta-Sheffield and President of Kanthal. He also previously served as a board member of Vestas Wind Systems A/S. Rollén holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Juergen Doldhas been with Hexagon since 1995. In 2021, after serving in a strategic leadership role where he was responsible for the vision, strategy and portfolio roadmaps of Hexagon’s Geosystems, Geospatial and Safety & Infrastructure divisions, he assumed the role of Executive Vice President, Hexagon to lead key enterprise-wide initiatives. Dold is responsible for Hexagon’s focus on the content and platforms necessary to power and operate Smart Digital Reality™ applications and experiences that empower growth within Hexagon’s existing markets and offer rapid expansion into new market segments. Before joining Hexagon, he served as academic counsel and assistant professor at Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany, and held various management positions within Leica Geosystems. Dold holds a Master of Science in Geodesy and a Ph.D. in engineering.

In 2022, after leading Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division, he assumed a new senior leadership role guiding Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning, Mining and Agriculture divisions where he is responsible for leading the vision, strategy and accelerating customer solutions of these businesses. Prior to joining Hexagon, he was employed by Trimble Navigation, where he spent nearly 15 years in a variety of roles ranging from application engineering to general management. Ritter holds a Master of Science in engineering.
